Charles A. Gruen established the firm in 1990. His goal is to provide clients, whether large or small, with hands-on representation which will result in the most cost-effective and efficient way of resolving, or better yet, avoiding disputes. The firm operates upon the principles that communication with clients and relentless preparation are the keys to bringing a clientís particular issue to a successful resolution.
